hey habe auch einen roadsitalia bei meiner mt07 drauf. Der db killer ist bei mir genietet, roads liefert aber eine passende schraube dazu, die die niete ersetzen kann. Die haben früher auch immer schrauben verbau,t aber seit neustem nicht mehr. Wisst ihr, ob es legal ist, wenn ich die niete durch die schraube ersetze? Im Internet findet man Meinungen beider seiten...

Legal. Nix kriegt man dazu, brauchst du aber auch nicht bei ner eingestanzten E-Nummer.
@@Noke28 man bekommt ein ein Dokument auf der Seite von Roadsitalia freigeschalten wo noch einmal drauf steht, dass er für dein moppet homologisiert ist. kannst du dir ausdrucken. musst du aber nicht bei einer E-Nummer am Auspuff...in diesem fall ist die Polizei in der Bringpflicht die zu beweisen, dass dein Auspuff illegal wäre. So nun mal zum Thema legal....dein moppet darf durch das verbauen eines anderen Auspuffs nicht lauter werden....habe selber einen Roadsitalia und er ist SEHR viel lauter als der originale. Sprich, wenn sie mit einem DB-Messgerät da stehen bist du am Arsch.

Klingt gut, wie viel hast du für den Auspuff bezahlt und kommt man gut damit durch den TÜV?
Ich meine um die 450€, TÜV hat ohne Probleme geklappt.

The Db killer, you choosed No noise yes?? Or not??
This is the regular db killer
you choose no noise „no“ if you want it to be the loudest possible. If you would choose no noise „yes“ then they would also weld an additional little metal fence in the db killer for even more noise reduction

Thanks for watching! It was an amazing Bike. Mine was a 2006 and apart from cosmetics I put on the Roadsitalia Exhaust, Streetfighter Mirrors made by Highsider, Probrake Clutch and Brake Levers and a short license plate holder and LED blinkers :). That's pretty much it. Amazing bike. Go for it!

I'm 1,78m tall. It was super comfortable to ride. Perfect for my size. Even longer tours were no problem.

Moin, ich habe das selbe Bike, wie hast du die Spiegel dran bekommen? War bei Polo und der Mitarbeiter meinte man müsste anscheinend das Lenkerende durchbohren, weil es nicht hohl ist. Ist das richtig?
Moin! Auf gar keinen Fall bohren!! So weit ich mir erinnere, hab ich einfach nur die Lenkerendenstöpsel rausgeschraubt jnd die Spiegel dann mit den mitgelieferten Lenkerenden befestigt. :)

I'm planning on doing mostly normal roads and every so often a bit of highway riding. Is it manageable on the highway? I know single cylinders aren't ideal for the highway but I wanted to know if there's like big problems at those speeds like crazy shaking or something like that. I have a car now that isn't meant really for highway riding and it shakes a lot at those speeds, but it's still manageable so I don't really mind. So my question is a bit similar to that, not the most comfortable but still manageable so it isn't actually dangerous on the highway.
well it's managable, the only downside is, is that you're in the high rpm's all the time. I remember on mine at 100kmh (60mph) i was sitting at roughly 4500rpms with standard gearing and with the bike redlining at 7.5k rpm you can imagine it's quite loud. Other than that its perfectly fine.
